Yearly Subscription Fees

We support the company with group subscriptions purchased by schools and districts. Yearly subscription fees are based upon the number of active employees using the system (teachers, staff, administrators, etc).

Admin accounts are priced at ⅔ the rate of full TeacherEase accounts for teachers.
There are no charges for parent or student accounts.
"Classic" Gradebook is still available. Call for pricing.
Employees are allowed 500MB of storage space with their subscription. Additional space can be purchased for $1/GB annually.
Report Cards and report card data exports are not included in TeacherEase and can be purchased separately.
Subscriptions include login access, electronic documentation, and customer support.
Physical manuals may be printed from electronic documentation at no charge.
Subscriptions will run over the summer, and cannot be suspended.

Deletion of Inactive Accounts

While subscriptions or accounts are active, TeacherEase will maintain all data (including multiple past years). Expired group subscriptions and inactive individual teacher accounts are preserved for 6 months. After 6 months of inactivity, they will be deleted. One exception is inactive teachers within active group subscriptions, their data will be kept as long as the group subscription is active, preserving data of departed employees.

This policy is intended to allow individual teachers to take a break over the summer (usually ~3 months) without losing data -- they just need to make sure that they've logged in within the last 6 months.

Yearly Subscription Fees

SchoolInsight Student Information System is a 'hosted service.' We handle the technical details (hardware, software, etc.), you just log in and use it. As such, we charge a yearly subscription fee based upon the number of students in SchoolInsight. Each module may be purchased separately, or they can be purchased together (subsequent modules after Basic Student Management at 66% discount).
